Dear StrongmanRunners, we have Easter presents!! Latest April, 7th 4.039 runners will have received their starterkits (means everyone who’s booked pre-run delivery). Everybody else can pick up their package at the event weekend… Have fun!

Deregistration is possible until April 1st 2012 - for a fee of 12,50 € you can transfer your place to another participant, just click HERE. As the starterkits are already packed you can’t deregister anymore when you’ve booked pre-run delivery! Any other answers you can find in our FAQs and the announcement.

StrongmanRun goes Fashion – or something like that The fancy costumes of the past years were not only fun to see but also impressed our spectators, the media and of course Fisherman’s Friend itself. Because of that we want to award the best ideas with a price as we’re keen to see more of your creativity in the future. That you are brave and strong we already know!

Obstacle 12: The first obstacle in the paddock – and right in the center of the spectator crowd. In this water basin of 30 metres length you have to dip underneath three alu trusses and surface up again.

Obstacle 9: After you’ve nearly managed 10 kilometres your tired legs will face a wobbly challenge on this suspension bridge. In 2.4 metres height you gonna crawl over a net tensioned between oversea containers. Bales of hay will help you with ascension and decension.

Obstacle 8: The ultimate desire of most StrongmanRunners – the “real” water obstacle! Here you have to swim because with 2 meter depth and 40 meter length there is no other possibility to cross. For nonswimmers we have a pussylane, of course, but be sure – you won’t have any advantage by using it!
